This course is an update session for Link Trainers. Learners should be up to date with their Manual Handling Mandatory Update Training before undertaking this update course.
Manual Handling Link Trainer Course – Non-Patient Handling – 2 days
Non-patient handling staff that are interested in manual handling and have completed their non-clinical mandatory training. Learners must be nominated by their managers. Learners must know what the role of Link Trainer involves and want to be the Manual Handling Link Trainer for their area.
Manual Handling Link Trainer Course – Patient Handling – 4 days
Patient handling staff that are interested in manual handling and have completed their clinical mandatory training. Learners must be nominated by their managers. Learners must know what the Role of Link Trainer involves and want to be the Manual Handling Link Trainer for their area.
Manual Handling Refresher Training for Midwifery Staff
Any staff that move and handle objects & people as part of their job role. This course is delivered as part of the Trust’s Midwifery Mandatory Training Refresher Programme.
